Locking a container’s contents prevents them from being modified. This includes adding or removing components, as well as modifying the properties of the components inside.

Tip: When a container’s contents are locked, a lock icon appears over its contents on the canvas.

To lock or unlock a container’s contents:

1. Right-click the container.
2. Choose Lock Contents or Unlock Contents from the context menu.

These actions are also available in the Layout menu.
